The success of the recently conducted 5th Regional Summit of Women in Cooperatives can be attributed to the untiring support of the Millionaire Cooperatives in the Province of Davao del Sur. The Bansalan Cooperative Society (BCS) thru the presence of Mr. Ernesto Mabunga (chairman) and Ms. Socorro Canonigo had made the event successful. They were there during the planning stage of the recently conducted activity which was participated by some 180 women cooperative leaders in Region XI.
The Cooperative Development Authority - Davao Extension Office , thru the leadership of Administrator Rosalinda E. Villaseca had recognized the effort extended by the cooperative sector for the success of the women summit.
